This service provides both account origination and customer care, including bill presentment and payment. Customer contact via email and access to usage data is at your fingertips to provide cutting edge customer service capabilities. Internet-based account acquisition and customer service, enhances the cardholder relationship thereby cultivating increased account loyalty at a cost significantly lower than traditional customer interaction methods. Cardholders enjoy real-time access to account information, online statements, secure e-mail, reports, searches and other service enhancing tools.

Adaptive Control Management

Adaptive Controls are integrated into the PLUS System to offer world class behavioral scoring, segmentation, portfolio analysis and experimentation. This powerful software tool gives clients the ability to effectively manage risk and maximize customer profitability and satisfaction. Decision support services are available for: credit line management, collections strategy support, reissue and batch authorization controls using client-defined or pool model data. The PLUS System team works with our clients to design an adaptive control system that meets your specific needs. We can integrate an existing scorecard, create a new one, or offer the benefit of an industry-specific model - it's up to you. Extensive reporting and online access to behavioral information are all included in this powerful service.

Reporting and Data Extraction Capabilities

Business Intelligence (BI) utilizes technology to deliver answers to everyday questions that clients have about their business. WebFOCUS delivers business intelligence information using an easy to use point and click interface. This is a valuable tool for many types of users within the organization. It offers easy to read graphs and charts for executive users. Business users can choose from a variety of options and run customized report requests tailored to fit their needs. Power users are able to create their own reports and receive the report output instantly. All users have the ability to "personalize" their view by defining the reports displayed daily. No installation is required on the client side - WebFOCUS is 100% browser based. All that is required is a web browser (Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later). All of the processing is done on Fiserv's mainframe, which allows users to submit reports real-time or deferred while continuing to work on other tasks.

Optical Report and Statement Processing

If there is a single information management application that has been demonstrably proven to increase efficiency, improve customer service, and actually save companies money - it is today's COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk) technology. Fiserv offers the ideal solution for managing the storage of reports and customer statements. COLD reduces and often eliminates the need to store reports and customer statements on paper, microfilm or microfiche. This powerful module includes full text search capability across multiple document types. It transforms the process of document archival and retrieval from a costly consumer of time and money to a valuable source of efficiency and effectiveness.

Interactive Voice Response

The interactive Voice Response (IVR) System gives your customers and merchants the convenience of accessing account information anytime from anywhere. Your customer or merchant calls a special voice response telephone number and hears a personalized greeting from your institution. The customer or merchant requests information by pressing designated keys on the telephone keypad for transaction options described by the IVR operator. Once the customer or merchant has made their selection, the IVR accesses the VISION PLUS® System for on-line, real-time account information. The IVR then "speaks" this information to the customer.

Gateway Processing Services

Fiserv Credit Processing Services provides gateway access to the Visa and MasterCard networks for card issuers who do not have direct access to the bankcard associations. This is an efficient and cost effective means for issuers, who do not wish to incur the expense and infrastructure required to support dedicated bankcard network endpoints.

Fiserv maintains the Visa and MasterCard hardware and provides application software to perform real-time message and batch file switching to the issuer's system of record. The issuer is able to make authorization and posting decisions on their current system, without having to maintain a connection/interface directly with Visa or MasterCard.

24x7 Contact Center Services

We do this from two Contact Centers that offer 24x7 multi-lingual/multi-channel customer service. With the combination of a 24-hour Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system and live CSRs, your customers receive complete support for questions they may have about their account, as well as assistance in resolving disputes regarding transactions.
